Priority Health announced today the fourth successful release of the integrated Colibrium Partners Tuo 5.0 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Sales and Service automation platform. Tuo Small Group, Priority Health’s new Small Group Client Manager, replaces the former Connecture platform and is now deployed for the Consumer and Small Group market segments. The direct to consumer segment was released in May, 2010 in just 10 weeks, providing paperless processing from quote to application through enrollment. Four of six planned releases are now complete and the Tuo platform will ultimately provide these capabilities to all market segments allowing automated workflow from Quote to Card thru the integration with Facets™.
